Both houses are on the same plot, about 50 meters apart, and have access to the same pool with a shallow area, a billiard house, a playground, and a sports field. They differ in size, so the choice comes down to how many people are coming.
Poziomka is a house for seven people: a living room with a fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and coffee machine, a bathroom with a shower, and on the first floor, three double rooms, two of which have a balcony. It works well for one family or two couples with children.
Biedronka is larger and accommodates twelve people: a living room with a fireplace and satellite TV, a spacious kitchen, a bathroom with a shower and sauna, and on the first floor, three double bedrooms and one quadruple bedroom. This house is for a larger group, birthdays with family, or a trip for two or three families together.
If you are coming with a large group, you can rent both houses at the same time — guests often do this because it provides a complete set of places by the shared pool and grill, and everyone has their own kitchen and bathroom. Next to it, we also have a plot for campers for 100 zł per day.
Prices depend on the date. In the peak summer season, from June 19 to August 21, as well as during the May weekend and Corpus Christi, the night costs 700 zł. In the dates before and after the peak (June 12–19 and August 21–28) — 600 zł, and in spring and early autumn (May 8 – June 12 and August 29 – September 19) — 500 zł per night.
In the season, we rent the houses for a week, with guest change on Saturday. Outside the season, the minimum stay is three nights in Poziomka and four in Biedronka, and the date is arranged individually. Arrival from 15:00, departure by 10:00.
The reservation is confirmed by a deposit of 30%. Additionally, there is a deposit of 700 zł, refundable after the stay, mandatory cleaning of 150 zł, and electricity according to the meter. Bed linen can be rented for 15 zł per set or you can bring your own. The houses are closed on New Year's Eve.
Families with children are welcome, and small pets are accepted at no extra charge. There is Wi-Fi on site, a grill with a table, and parking space. We set the price individually — the easiest way is to call 601 983 538.
